Per your lease agreement you are not to allow any guest to stay on the premises beyond a total of 14 cumulative days and nights in any 45-day period. If you allow unauthorized guests to stay beyond this maximum period, you are in violation of your lease and subject to lease termination. Please complete this form to register any guests who will be on the premises for more than 72 hours.
